Shaw's Travel has provided a reliable and excellent service to Telford & Wrekin Council's Access 2 Activities Project since October 2005. The project gives disabled children & young people the opportunity to socialise and have fun with their friends. Transport is integral to the success of the project and Steve at Shaw's Travel has provided an excellent transportation service for us. I am writing with reference to the provision of the shuttle service provided between Telford International Centre and the University of Wolverhampton Campus where the majority of our accommodation was situated.
From the initial enquiry (on the Friday before) when i explained that i had been let down by another company , the customer service provided was second to none. The transport between venues was a crucial element of the event and we required a comprehensive shuttle service running from early morning until 02.30am utilising 4 minibuses at a time. This was fulfilled with efficiency and courtesy at all times.
In addition the quote provided was entirely reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending you and thanks again for all your help over the five days.
